The month of April we had an EA examination and an FC degree. On May 1st we will be passing brother Ben Parkhurst to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. Please make an effort to attend and fill up the sidelines to welcome our newly made Brother.On April 19th, we had a clean up day for outside the lodge.I would like to say thank you to Burt, LeRoy, Jamison (LeRoy’s son), Kevin, Jay. Between us all, the scrubs and trees look much better.
Lets help our brother Shriners of Fond du Lac sell some Vidaia’s Onions on May 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
On June 1st, all Masons and Friends all welcome to visit the Chicago Shrine Hospital with Tripoli Temple. The buses will be leaving Tripoli at 8:00 a.m. sharp. The cost is only $20.00 per person and includes a continental breakfast and Tripoli and tours, lunch at the hospital, program and a ticket to the world’s shortest parade. Also a pizza party on return to Tripoli. June will be a busy month.
Grand Lodge will be held on June 6th and 7th. All Masons are welcomed to attend.
On June 12th we will have our Strawberry Festival, and on June 26th the Lodge will have a dinner for our annual awards night for the scholarship recipients.
Remember to talk up the lodge and see if we can obtain some new petitions from men that would like to become Mason’s.
